Graduate Fellow
Meghan Walsh Flanders joined Bowersock Capital Partners as a Graduate Fellow, bringing a decade-long foundation in public service and a thoughtful, disciplined approach to her work. A former Rice Scholar at the University of Kansas School of Law, Meghan’s academic experience reflects both intellectual rigor and a commitment to excellence that continues to shape her professional path.
After earning her law degree from KU Law, Meghan practiced in the areas of family law and public criminal defense, advocating for individuals and families during complex and often high-stakes moments. She later expanded her public impact through research for the Kansas Legislature and in major-gift fundraising for KU Law.
Following the completion of her ten-year commitment to public service, Meghan took a deliberate sabbatical to reflect on the next phase of her career. She joins Bowersock with a service-oriented mindset, and an eagerness to learn from the firm’s team while exploring how her background can translate into long-term value for clients.
A lifelong resident of Lawrence, Meghan graduated from Lawrence High School and University of Kansas (undergraduate and law). She and her husband are grateful to be raising their children in the same community they call home. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family, as well as playing pickleball and golf.
