Matt Tucker, CFP®

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial planning and investment management industry, Matt Tucker joined Bowersock Capital Partners in 2021. Matt works closely with his clients to build a highly organized financial framework to meet their daily needs while providing a risk management framework for growing their assets and protecting wealth. Educating his clients on how to best pursue their financial goals efficiently, Matt focuses on helping them achieve tax diversity. Prior to joining Bowersock, Matt was a Senior Portfolio Manager, Wealth Advisor and Retirement Plan Consultant at UBS, starting his career at its predecessor PaineWebber. At UBS, he received company recognition for his leadership and productivity over multiple years. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, he was honored as a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor. He earned the respected CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2000. Matt earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Matt served several terms as the Treasurer for the Lancer Gridiron Club, which is the fundraising entity for the Shawnee Mission East High School football team. He and his wife, Angie, were married in 1995 and live in Leawood, Kansas, with their four children. They like to travel, and especially enjoy vacationing in Laguna Beach, California, and Colorado.
