Dana Duckman

Private Wealth Advisor

Dana joins Bowersock Capital Partners with nearly 20 years of experience in wealth management. She began her financial career on Wall Street in equity research, working on an Institutional Investor–ranked team, and later expanded her expertise across consulting, venture capital, and private equity.

Her journey in wealth management began as an analyst in Ernst & Young’s Private Client Service Group in Philadelphia. She later served on the portfolio management team at BMO Private Bank in Sarasota, Florida, and as an associate advisor at Financial Steward Associates in Boulder, Colorado.
 
Dana holds a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College, where she also pursued pre-med coursework and business studies. During her time at F&M, she served as business manager for Ben’s Underground and was inducted into the Black Pyramid Senior Honor Society.

Committed to community involvement, Dana has volunteered as an online instructor for adult English-language learners with Intercambio and mentored at-risk youth through A Precious Child.

A retired Ironman triathlete and lifelong endurance athlete, Dana finds joy in staying active outdoors year-round. Passionate about holistic well-being—mind, body, and spirit—she sees helping others as her life’s purpose. Originally from the Northeast, she now calls Colorado home, where she enjoys the arts, hiking, reading, and the company of her two rescue cats, Plato and Gia.
